At Flockd, the universal sign for 'do not disturb' is a set of headphones. If others have headphones on, that's a sign they have serious work to get done. If you are easily distracted by someone on a call, a good set of headphones are a must.

Don’t be a Squawkatoo.

Phone calls in the open space are fine, just talk at a normal volume and be aware it’s an open space with background noise. When things get hectic, the phone booth will be your best bet if you need to hold aggressive negotiations or yell at someone. Feel free to take a walk outside or use the insulated quiet of your car.

Keep it tidy. When you leave for the day, please keep your space clean and throw away your rubbish. Note that the refrigerator is emptied every Friday. When you use the shower, please bring a towel, and use the provided spray and wipe down when you're done.
